[TriLUG] Location

I love the venue; plenty of parking, lots of space. I would like to know about
what rules and conditions there would be on usage (I'm thinking about pizza,
early setup, a few minutes extra for cleanup, any fees). But in general, I
think it's a great space - thank you for checking!
