If you're ready to learn about open source, open tech, and the open web
from industry experts or just need to fine-tune a few skills, mark your
calendar for Saturday, February 17, 2018. Open Source 101 is returning to
Raleigh.

Last year, more than 600 people attended the first Open Source 101
conference--a one-day conference for technology professionals and students
designed to provide open source education and instruction in partnership
with Opensource.com. Open Source 101 is part of the All Things Open event
series. If you like your experience at Open Source 101, then plan to attend
All Things Open [http://allthingsopen.org/] on October 22-23, 2018 in
Downtown Raleigh.

Open Source 101 will have morning keynote sessions addressing higher level
topics, then continue the day with breakout sessions. Topics include some
of the basics: What is open source?, how to contribute to open source, and
open source community best practices. Other topics aimed at technology
professionals go into the world of licensing, DevOps, and the business case
for open source.

If you've been to an All Things Open event before, then you know you'll
have amazing speakers and great content at an affordable price. If you
haven't, come on out and experience the hospitality from the All Things
Open team. Save on your registration fees and sign-up [
http://opensource101.com/raleigh/register-now/] before February 16. I hope
to see you there.
