What's the plan for the jumbled wasteland otherwise known as the Wiki ?

What about managing the source files in a git repository such as
GitLab, and allow members to create Pull Requests. The SC would be
responsible for reviewing and approving the changes. Once merged into
the master branch, a job is kicked to generate the HTML and re-publish
the website.
