[TriLUG] new "feature" in Thunderbird on Ubuntu 18.04

The finger's pointing to Linux now. The new (60.2.1) version of
Thunderbird can be used to send a msg to self with Ubuntu 16.04. I just
assumed this other system had an old rev of Thunderbird, but it's the
same as on the 18.04 system (was: downgraded to the old tbird on that
system already).
If I get motivated I'll put 18.04 in a VM and try it out there to
contrast it with the "real" computer.
