[TriLUG] Looking for a good laptop for development

Outlet / clearance is a good idea. I found an X-carbon 1/2 priced in January.
I7 processor, 250 GB SSD, 8 GB ram. It pays to shop around.
I had an X, 320, I believe; refurb and it was great for travel. But, it broke!
Not the usual thing for a Lenovo. Can't remember the details but it may have
been abused by previous owner.
