Unfortunately, I no longer live in the area so I can't meet you in person.

Here are a couple things to keep in mind if you use Google apps with cyanogenmod though: 

If you use Google calendar and contacts apps, those are already saved for you and backed up. You can confirm this by logging into your Google account from a web browser and checking. you may or may not have photos backed up to Google drive. If not plugging your phone into a computer will give you access to your photos, any ebooks, music, etc that you can copy over to a your computer.

If you use the play store, you can click on "My Apps" and it will show you all of the apps that you've had installed before. I

It may be worth looking into whether cyanogenmod app has a backup function as lineage os may be able to read it.
