this header is a "19 pin dual port internal usb 3.x connector". Using this 
string for a search, I wind up with photos of splitter type cables with two 
female A type connectors, some attached to a back panel plate and some just just 
hanging in the breeze. I don't know where you'd have type A male usb connectors 
inside a computer.
