From memory you have to define a virtual CD drive that has a reference
to your .iso file and this lets the VM see it as the boot device. It's
the kind of thing my fingers know how to do but I can't enumerate the
specific steps. Sorry, but I'm not in a position to go through those
steps at the moment. Hopefully somebody else can pitch in.
