[TriLUG] Editing APNs in LineageOS

> You should be able to by taping on the one you want to edit. Also I believe there is a + button to add a new APN in Settings > Network & internet > Mobile network > expand Advanced > scroll all the way down to > Access Point Names (APN).

Unfortunately, Tim, that was my first thought, but when I click on one
of the existing ones, everything is greyed out, and I can not edit at
all, and there is no "+" sign.  There are only four APNs listed.
