[TriLUG] Editing APNs in LineageOS

OK, further news.

It appears that the issue was with the SIM card.  I have got back to my
"normal" SIM card, and everything is back to how we all expect.

I read somewhere about 128 vs 64 SIM cards, and that there was a problem
with the larger ones.
