[TriLUG] Cable modem / Router recommendations

The approved modem list is very short:

Strangely, most are still DOCSIS 3.0 modems except for the Netgear CM1000v2
and the Motorola MB8600, which are DOCSIS 3.1.

For 400Mbps, you need DOCSIS 3.1 with 32 downstream channels (due to the
way they provision their channels).

For Spectrum business, you MUST use their provided DOCSIS 3.1 modem, which
is a Chinese-made Spectrum branded modem.
