[TriLUG] Open source zoom-like thingie

jitsi has serious trouble with more than about 4-5 simultaneous sessions. For 
any application, a bit back end is required to handle all of the data.

Another option is Nextcloud Talk but it also hits the 4-5 barrier, per info 
posted on Nextcloud's site.
