Usually “tagged” means the switchport is expecting a VLAN tag of VLAN2 on
the packets.
Typically you’d make that an “access” port or allow VLAN2 “untagged”.
Then plug a device into that port and it ought DHCP an IP from VLAN2. (If
the router is dishing out IPs for VLAN2.)
