[TriLUG] TriLUG and Freenode - where do we go from here?

libera.chat seems to be the next generation of freenode, created by the
former freenode staff to take freenode's place. Many big projects including
python, fedora, centos, ubuntu, fosdem, wikimedia/wikipedia, curl,
prometheus, etc. are moving formally to libera.

The other reasonable option is oftc.net, which has been home to debian,
libvirt, and others for years.
