[TriLUG] Trilug 2021-2022 Steering officers candidates

Since we are doing everything virtual for now, including the election,
we need to have a place to put the candidates, and here it is:

Currently there are 3 candidates; ideally we need 5 officers (chair,
vide chair, treasurer, pr, sysadmin) so if you want to rise to the
occasion, or know someone you want to throw in the hat, just use the
"other" option and add the name.

THIS IS IMPORTANT
Trilug is one of the largest and longest running (surviving) Linux
users clubs in the US. Help make this tradition continue. Help keep it
alive!
