[TriLUG] maildir to PST conversion.

* Install dovecot on company-owned Linux box... could be a VM on a 
Windows box.
* Put the Maildir folders in a user's mailbox storage space on that 
Linux box.
* Point Outlook to that user account on the Linux box using IMAP.
* Use Outlook to copy the mail folders from IMAP server to a local PST 
file.
