I've been pretty happy with TP-Link access points.  I don't remember the
model number I've been using, but I can look it up if you're interested.
They come with an AC adapter, but they also have a power injector that
allows you to run them "POE".  (Not true POE because it's being powered
with 12V over the ethernet cable rather than the 48V that true POE uses.)
