Aaron, how long have you been away from NC?  You've already forgotten 
about our 150% average humidity! :-)

But yeah, it's not so much temperature that would be my worry as 
moisture.  An uninsulated North Carolina garage is very likely to see 
temps below the dewpoint with a lot of condensing humidity.
