Reading this page, https://ubuntu.pkgs.org/20.04/ubuntu-proposed-main-amd64/linux-modules-extra-5.4.0-1061-gke_5.4.0-1061.64_amd64.deb.html, it sounds like you should try to install the Linux-gke meta-package to get that module installed which looks to contain the drivers for Intel wireless adapters and a bunch of other devices.
