Steve,
Not having spent a lot of time lately researching Domain Registrars,
especially "zero-cost" ones, I have almost exclusively used
Register4Less ( r4l.com, from Montreal ) for quite a few years.
Looking over their Registration Agreement, the only mention that I see
of liability refers to the registration fee. Perhaps I'm not reading
the correct part.
