[TriLUG] ssh_config to ssh to trilug.org

I installed a new version of Linux, and couldn't ssh to trilug.org. I 
needed to add these lines to my /etc/ssh/ssh_config

HostKeyAlgorithms ssh-rsa,ssh-dss
