Connect phone to PC with USB cable.
Settings - Connected Devices - USB. Enable file transfer. Use file manager on the PC.

Or, just send it to yourself.

Sitting here with no WIFI but with a usable cell connection with my unrooted Android 12 phone. I have a gallery photo I need to get onto my personal domain server. I have beat the bushes and can't find "an app for this". Any suggestions, fellow night owls?
