[RHCE] Network Driver

Hey Jon,
We've got the server-side setup covered; that comes with LTSP.
The problem is getting the Ethernet card to boot off the network. Ten
years ago you probably had cards with Boot ROMs that were able to do a
BOOTP and TFTP download. Current Ethernet cards do not have this
capability, and physical boot ROMs are expensive. So that's why you
have to use these special "etherboot" floppies that simulate the boot
ROMs.
