[Trilug-announce] Reminder nominations needed for a vacant steering committee position

As Jeremy Portzer's departure is imminent, his spot on the Steering
Committee is "up for grabs".  Nominations are due one week from
tomorrow: November 5, 2004.  The elected will serve for a period of
approximately 6 months, until the next general election which occurs in
May.

Please feel free to nominate yourself.
