[TriLUG] mailqueue stuck, fixed now

The mail queue on trilug.org got clogged with undeliverable messages.
I've flushed it.

Please, folks, if you *KNOW* your mail server is down - or is gonna *BE*
down - for more than four hours, set yourself to "nomail" or "digest"
until it's cleared up!
