[TriLUG] RH 7.1 weirdness

I was trying to use the 'talk' utility which relies on talkd, the talk 
daemon.  Anyway, talkd wasn't started so I went to start it but it's not 
there.  I installed EVERTHING on my RH machine and takd is not on either one 
of my two machines.  So... do I have to download talkd from somewhere or is 
this some kids of weird RH 7.1 thing?  The man page for talkd is on the 
system, just no talkd file.  Strange.
