[TriLUG] Linux and RoadRunner ( was Linux and ATT)

I don't know about RR, my experience with Bellsouth ADSL, and later Comcast 
(Cable modem) is that they don't support appliances either.  I usually have 
to do the fake windows thing as well.  But then when the techs come to the 
house they are usually like, wow, what can it do?
