YES. i know liyun (from nc*sa, where he's a fellow steer member), and
he's taken steps to publicize our meetings to the chinese community, as
well as encouraged us also to make the meetings more accessible to them.
are we declaring nc*sa meetings chinese-only? heck, no.

absolutely. i think of it has having a chinese-friendly installfest,
where IN ADDITION to the usual distros we also have chinese-language
version distros, apps, fonts, whatever.
the difficult part here will be finding people with linux-in-chinese clue
- i certainly don't know anyone. but i'm all for reaching out to that
community and trying to find someone.
