ahhh... reminds me of the good 'ol days of customer tech support...

one sure-fire way to improve broadband capability is to move. yup, uproot your 
whole home and lifestyle and move into one of those gated, diapered communities 
where the fat pipe runs flawlessly, the meds are always dispensed on time, and 
your clothes don't even have to match.

my time at Shady Acres has been very relaxing. and i never miss an email.
