Hello,
If you have phone lines in both buildings you should be able to get frame
relay. What's the problem with running some lines from where your pbx is
located to where your servers are?

We have that... but we want to go at least 10MB not just 1.5Mb.... the
issue is not moving servers and not constructing a new computer room with
raised floors, air handling, ups, etc... We have that in building 1 (where
the servers currently are) but we don't have it in building 4. For
adequate response either the servers need to be in the same building as the
end users or we need to have a high-band link between buildings.
