Power is wattage.  At 150-300 W per computer power supply, one 15 A
circuit at 120 V that yields 1800 W will handle 6-12 headless computers.

Watts are linear.  Just add 'em up for each device.  Watts = Amps *
Volts will work for conversion if a device only lists Amps instead of
Watts.
