[TriLUG] Advice on running an OSS project?

Is there any particular reason that this hasn't been being discussed on the
hosting list, or even on this list?  I for one volunteered over a year 
ago to
be involved in Tri-LUG getting into the OSS hosting gig.  But this is the
first time I've heard it mentioned in ages. 

Sadly, I'm not sure how much time I have now, to dedicate to such a project,
but I'm still interested in doing what I can.  I'm taking 5 classes this 
fall +
working, but if anybody want me to, I'll still try and see if I can scare
up some free cycles to work on GForge, CVS, whatever.
