[TriLUG] Mozilla's email reader shows text instead of formatted HTML

I am trying to pipe an poperly formatted an properly formate html page througe the mail
program.  The problem is that when I do this, Mozillas email reader does not format
the page but simply shows the text.

How do I tell mozilla that a message is html and not text?
