IBM has been asking SCO to point to any and all violations of copyright.
Today the judge in the case ruled that SCO must provide a complete list
of any violations within 30 days, or else.

Interesting reading. Apparently SCO has been trying to pry the source
code for AIX out of IBM (maybe just to be more of a nuisance...).  IBM
says why: the code to Linux is out there and open for all to see, why do
you want to look at AIX. The judge told SCO - no!

Two wins for IBM today :-)
