I recommend Peak10. We've had a number of good experiences with them.

Inflow is great but a bit more expensive for a few things than Peak10.
We've been in Peak10 for a while and they've been extremely responsive
to our needs - and give us some good pricing on bandwidth, rack space,
and power.
