I'd suggest asking Jeremy Portzer since he works at
Harris Teeter off and on and is the resident HT expert. :-)

Just show up.  Eat pizza.  Introduce yourself.  Let us
make fun of you. O:-)  (Ok, so we probably won't do the
last part until we get to know you better. ;-) Seriously,
though, there are no dues, but if you want to throw in a
fiver or a twenty-six dollar bill to help pay for the pizza
we'd appreciate it.  You can also sign up for membership
at the meeting (for various reason we have to have a paper
copy of the membership form).
