[TriLUG] Laptop Hard Disk expansion

i was doing a disk clone on a laptop this weekend using a 10/100 pcmcia 
nic and was barely getting 10mb/s.  cardbus is 32-bit and should be 
better, but 16-bit pcmcia is awfully slow compared to most other bus 
types.
