I've brought up RT Tracker for use at FeatureTel. I like that (and its
integration with Asterisk). I'm also bringing on line eGroupware. This
looks like it's going to be much more useful that RT Tracker, as it
integrates the CRM with the Trouble Ticket app.
Someone on the list recently recommended it and gave this url:

The backend is MySQL or PostGreSQL so its extensible to any kind of
database activity you would like to do with it.
