[TriLUG] Somewhat OT: Help Desk / Asset Management Packages

I second the vote of confidence for eGroupware.  Using it to support
some cross team coordination between two development groups, a customer
facing support organization, and a front-line helpdesk, this has been a
fantastic solution.  We've been able to quickly extend it with some
custom features too!
