Well I worked on these: http://ibml.com/product_it3.htm
in the early 90s.... However it was QNX and I bet it is
(pic: http://ibml.com/product_offerings.htm) a bit...more...than
you were looking for. If you can find a good OCR, I bet the
rest would be easy enough to do with scripting and maybe
Lucene or one of many search suites.
