I should have qualified that. I know people in larger universities.
Maybe Kevin Otte and Dave Sorenson have opinions to share on this topic.
I'm not sure if sticking around because you find something interesting
counts. I work some weekends and evenings but wouldn't consider it a
necessary part of the job; I'm just satisfying my own curiosity, usually.
