[TriLUG] Anyone else able to get to cdimage.debian.org?

Hear hear! I agree that a new desktop is what is in order rather than a new 
distro. I have 5 desktops installed, including Sugar, the one for kids.

And this is the beauty of Linux in general. I much prefer KDE because it works 
the way I want it to and I have a great deal of control over it. And aside from 
packaging, all distro's work pretty much the same when using the same desktop, 
regardless of what is underneath because it is mostly the same anyways.

I have tried a number of desktops and distros in the past and will undoubtedly 
try even more. But I really like the fact that I *CAN* try them and that I am 
not limited to a single desktop (or any other bit of software) that someone else 
thinks is good for me.

Just my $.02.
