Responsibilities" section that details pretty much everthing I can think
of such as "client is responsible for all hardware associated with this
project" and even "client will allow physical access to their premises".

The upside is that it can lead to more billable work. When a task is
outside the SOW, you and the client can agree to extend it, usually for an
increase in the fee.
