That's not uncertainty, that's throwing a tantrum.
The ISPs, Verizon in particular, brought this upon themselves. If they hadn't gotten do greedy and instead focused on serving customers as so means to grow their business and earn a profit, this wouldn't have been necessary. That, of course, is too novel of a concept today in this rotor of maximum shareholder value.
