had the same issue online :P...
the first one failed during charging my CC, and I went back the main page
to retry again, the site said failed again
ok...
back to old-school by paying with CC on the phone, this was working.
and surprise....
my CC got charged 2 times :P.. what a lousy their website.
paying by phone always works on my understanding :)
I will stick with this.
