[TriLUG] Anyone pay their raleigh utility bill on line?

I received an email from them today, saying:

 We apologize for the inconvenience, however you should be able to make
payment at this time.

I tried with both Firefox & Chrome in Ubuntu and both worked. Rather slow
login, but finally logged in.
