[TriLUG] Any recommendations for cheap "cloud" hosting?

Hi Everyone,

I was looking at playing around with my own "cloud" host versus one at home
and wanted to see if anyone has any recommendations for cheap online
hosting just for playing?

I had found this site(http://www.97cents.net/) but wanted to see if anyone
had any thoughts.
