A bit of a tangent, but I have some worksheets I created ages ago with
the intention of teaching highschool students the basics of computer
architecture using x86 assembly(16 bit nasm) & DosBox:
Worksheet #1: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1AJPFnr9SlSG8uPn7yNbok6puSPQnXm6UczLtsCXVjqk/edit?usp=sharing
Worksheet #1 key:

Worksheet #3: https://docs.google.com/document/d/10NWaB6GmBRaZdiKlzJQoJofoYIJhS4Bftz8REEGzBmA/edit?usp=sharing

I also have a worksheet on encoding schemes; there was more of a
brain-mollifying goal with this one, in the sense that my intention
was to make it easier for students to understand the *why* behind
things like hexidecimal, binary, base64, etc.

Cheers,
Bryan C.
