good to know. I don't keep track of these things. I do know that the usb3 stick
in the usb2 port is plenty fast for me.

someone in the know said that my slow lexar usb2 sticks have no DRAM, so writing
it painfully slow.

didn't know that either. In this case it isn't a problem.
