[TriLUG] Docker Desktop for Linux

I've used rancher in the early days and keep it as an alternative to
docker.

Licensing of docker desktop can make it something you can't use depending
on your use case. Rancher as far as I can tell is a 100% drop in
replacement.

Disclaimer I'm on a Mac so in my case I just start rancher instead of
docker desktop and use the docker and docker compose commands and
everything works seamlessly.

Just my 2 cents. It's a cool alternative and real fast ramp up reaction to
docker's licensing changes.
